1.3 No Relationship Outcome Guarantee

Every relationship is unique.

LiZug LLC does not promise, guarantee, or represent that use of Married By Design will:

• Save a marriage
• Prevent divorce
• Restore a relationship
• Improve communication
• Resolve conflicts
• Increase intimacy
• Change a spouse's behavior
• Produce any specific relationship outcome

Relationship outcomes depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including:

• Individual choices
• Personal responsibility
• Participation level
• Communication between partners
• External circumstances
• Personal history
• Commitment of each individual

Users acknowledge that Married By Design provides tools, education, and support, not guaranteed results.

1.4 Relationship Responsibility Disclaimer

Married By Design does not determine fault, blame, responsibility, or wrongdoing between spouses or partners.

2.4 No Emergency Support

Married By Design is not designed to provide emergency support.

Users should not use Married By Design as a substitute for emergency services, crisis services, professional therapy, medical care, or legal assistance.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access or use Married By Design.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old.

3.2 Married Couple Requirement

Married By Design is designed primarily for legally married couples.

By creating an account or participating in couple features, you represent that:

• You are legally authorized to participate
• Information provided is truthful
• You have the right to use the platform

3.3 Legal Capacity

By using Married By Design, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You understand these Terms
• Your use complies with applicable laws

3.4 International Users

Married By Design is operated from the United States and may be accessible internationally.

Users outside the United States are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.

By accepting a spouse invitation or linking accounts, you acknowledge:

Users should only connect accounts with individuals they authorize to participate.

5.2 Pricing

LiZug LLC reserves the right to change pricing.

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

7.3 Enforcement Rights

LiZug LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion.

LiZug LLC may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the Company, users, or platform integrity.

8.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

Married By Design uses artificial intelligence technology to assist in generating relationship insights, profiles, Couple Maps, educational materials, recommendations, and other platform content.

AI-generated content is created based on information provided by users and platform methodologies.

8.2 AI Content Is Not Professional Advice

AI-generated content:

• Is not therapy
• Is not counseling
• Is not diagnosis
• Is not medical advice
• Is not psychological evaluation
• Is not a substitute for professional services

Users should use AI-generated content as an educational reflection tool only.

8.3 AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Users acknowledge that artificial intelligence systems may produce:

• Incorrect information
• Incomplete information
• Unexpected responses
• Content that may not apply to their situation

LiZug LLC does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any specific purpose.

8.4 User Responsibility Regarding AI Content

Users are responsible for how they interpret and use AI-generated content.

Users agree not to rely exclusively on AI-generated content when making significant:

The reflection questionnaire is intended for education and self-reflection.

9.2 No Clinical Interpretation

Questionnaire responses and results are not:

• Clinical findings
• Psychological diagnoses
• Mental health evaluations
• Compatibility guarantees
• Predictions of relationship success or failure

9.3 Individual Interpretation

Questionnaire results may be interpreted differently by different individuals.

Users acknowledge that relationship growth requires personal responsibility, communication, and ongoing participation from each partner.

9.4 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

LiZug LLC does not guarantee that questionnaire results will:

• Identify every relationship strength
• Predict future relationship outcomes
• Produce specific changes within a relationship

10.1 Collection of Information

Married By Design collects information necessary to provide platform services.

• Methodologies
• Reports
• Couple Map system
• Training materials
• Proprietary processes

12.2 Reflection Questionnaire Intellectual Property

The Married By Design Relationship Reflection Questionnaire is proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by LiZug LLC.

This includes:

• Reflection questionnaire questions
• Reflection questionnaire structure
• Scoring methodology
• Relationship dimensions
• Report format
• Terminology
• Interpretation framework
• Related materials

Users may not:

• Copy the reflection questionnaire
• Reproduce the reflection questionnaire
• Modify the reflection questionnaire
• Create derivative works
• Build competing reflection questionnaires
• Use reflection questionnaire methodology commercially

12.3 Limited User License

Subject to these Terms, LiZug LLC grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use platform materials for personal relationship development purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any platform materials.

12.4 Generated Reports and Materials

Relationship reports, Couple Maps, homework programs, educational materials, and other generated content provided through Married By Design remain the intellectual property of LiZug LLC.

Users receive permission to use such materials solely for their personal relationship development.

Users may not:

• Sell
• Publish
• Distribute
• Copy commercially
• Repackage
• Create derivative products from

any Married By Design materials.

12.5 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, recommendations, or ideas regarding Married By Design, you grant LiZug LLC permission to use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

13.1 AS-IS Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MARRIED BY DESIGN AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

LIZUG LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY
• RELIABILITY
• AVAILABILITY
• RESULTS OR OUTCOMES

13.2 No Guarantee of Relationship Improvement

LiZug LLC does not guarantee that use of Married By Design will:

• Improve a marriage
• Resolve disagreements
• Increase communication
• Restore emotional connection
• Prevent separation or divorce
• Create any specific relationship outcome

Users acknowledge that relationship improvement requires active participation, personal responsibility, and decisions made by each individual.

13.3 Platform Availability

LiZug LLC does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available
• The platform will operate without interruptions
• Errors will be corrected
• Content will always be accurate or complete

The Company may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the platform at any time.

13.4 User Decisions

Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through Married By Design.

LiZug LLC is not responsible for decisions involving:

• Relationships
• Marriage
• Separation
• Divorce
• Family matters
• Personal circumstances

Users should seek appropriate professional assistance when necessary.

14.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIZUG LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, COACHES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES

INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Emotional distress
• Relationship breakdown
• Loss of companionship
• Loss of income
• Loss of opportunity
• Personal disputes
• Any other intangible losses

14.2 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LIZUG LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MARRIED BY DESIGN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIZUG LLC DURING THE THIRTY (30) DAYS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

14.3 Essential Basis of Agreement

You acknowledge that these limitations of liability are an essential part of the agreement between you and LiZug LLC.

Without these limitations, LiZug LLC would not provide the platform under the same terms.

15.1 User Agreement to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiZug LLC d/b/a Married By Design and its:

• Members
• Managers
• Employees
• Contractors
• Coaches
• Representatives
• Agents
• Affiliates
• Successors
• Assigns

from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law
• Your misuse of platform materials
• Your relationship decisions or actions
• Your communications with your spouse or other users
• Your inaccurate or misleading information
• Your unauthorized account activity

16.1 Informal Resolution Requirement

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact LiZug LLC at:

and provide the Company with thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

16.2 Binding Arbitration Agreement

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

• These Terms
• Married By Design
• Platform use
• Services provided
• Relationship reflection questionnaire
• Coaching services

shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted through the American Arbitration Association under its applicable consumer arbitration rules.

The arbitration location shall be Providence County, Rhode Island, unless the parties agree otherwise.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIM AGAINST LIZUG LLC SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO:

• Participate in a class action lawsuit
• Participate in a class arbitration
• Bring claims as a representative or member of a group action

16.4 Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LIZUG LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF MARRIED BY DESIGN.

16.5 Injunctive Relief Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirements above, LiZug LLC may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive relief in a court located in Rhode Island to protect:

• Intellectual property rights
• Confidential information
• Platform security
• Proprietary materials

17.1 Termination by User

You may stop using Married By Design at any time.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds unless required by applicable law.

17.2 Termination by Company

LiZug LLC may suspend or terminate your access to Married By Design at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• You create risk for the Company or other users
• Required for legal or security reasons

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the platform ends
• Your license to use platform materials ends
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive

survive termination.

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with:

• Privacy Policy
• Consent for Data Processing Agreement
• Coaching Agreement, when applicable

constitute the complete agreement between you and LiZug LLC regarding Married By Design services.

18.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

18.4 Waiver

Failure by LiZug LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

18.5 Updates to Terms

LiZug LLC may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted.

Continued use of Married By Design after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

18.6 Assignment

LiZug LLC may assign these Terms or transfer its rights and obligations without restriction.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written permission from LiZug LLC.

18.7 Force Majeure

LiZug LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Internet failures
• Technology failures
• Government actions
• Third-party service interruptions
• Other events beyond reasonable control

18.8 Electronic Agreement

Electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and Rhode Island's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). By checking the acceptance box or otherwise electronically agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
